CANCELLATION /REFUND POLICY
** ALL CANCELLATION REQUEST MUST BE IN WRITING **
Covenant Academy reserves the right to change their policies and prices. Effective May 1, 2023, The Cancellation Policy has changed. Due to rising Credit Card /Paypal fees, IT fees, credit card fees, and time committed to register a student, our refund policy has changed.
If you cancel within (3) days after registering, a full refund of your deposit is given. (Example: If you register for the CNA class and pay the $600 deposit to hold your seat; and cancel within 3 days – your full deposit of $600 is refunded). minus the registration fee……(The reg/IT/lab/paypal fees are non-refundable fees).
If you cancel after (3) days, a cancellation fee of $125 is deducted from your deposit and the balance will be mailed to address on file.
If you cancel class (15) days or less before class start date, FULL deposit is forfeited.
If you are a NCNS – (No Call – No Show)- FULL DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once you start class and drop: NO REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT OR BALANCE YOU PAID. IF YOU MISS (2) TWO OR MORE CLASS DAYS; YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM CLASS AND YOU MUST RE-START FROM DAY ONE (1). NO EXCEPTIONS
